Welcome to LearnArk! These Terms of Service govern your use of our tech school platform and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our virtual tech school platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it current.

Content

Our platform may allow users to upload, post, or transmit content, including text, images, videos, and other materials. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our platform and services.

Code of Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms of Service. You also agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or servers or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our platform, user accounts, or other systems or networks connected to our platform.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of LearnArk Tech School or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without our prior written consent.

Access to Course Content

When you enroll in a LearnArk course, you are granted access to the course materials and content for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment. This time-limited access is designed to encourage consistent learning and ensure that you complete your program within a focused timeframe. Limiting access helps us maintain high-quality, up-to-date content, manage platform resources effectively, and support an active learning community.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Deferrals

• A program is considered to have commenced once a student has attended any live session, accessed course materials, received recordings, or otherwise engaged with the program content.
• If a student is unable to complete a cohort for any reason and requests to defer or move to a future cohort, such requests may be considered at LearnArk's discretion and subject to availability. Approval of a deferral or transfer does not create an entitlement to a refund, whether full or partial.
• In the event of changes to program schedules, cohorts, or delivery due to operational or unforeseen circumstances, LearnArk reserves the right to reschedule sessions, offer placement in a future cohort, or provide an alternative resolution deemed reasonable. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled strictly in accordance with this section.

By enrolling in any LearnArk program and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this section of the Terms of Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform and services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability to you. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LearnArk, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our platform after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for updates.
